Our Year in Review
At the beginning of each year, we reflect on the progress we’ve made and the challenges we’ve faced. In many ways 2020 was truly transformative. Project Glimmer reinvented everything and you supported us every step of the way. We hosted virtual Empower Hours providing career development for hundreds of girls. We launched our Career Coaching pilot and began pairing coaches with girls over Zoom. We helped build confidence in thousands of young women by delivering gifts and essential goods to her door.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart. You donated products, money, talent and time to support Project Glimmer’s mission. Together, we can inspire every girl to envision and realize her empowered future.
“I’m so happy to be part of this community. Knowing there are girls who want to do more than what’s expected makes me think I can do the same with effort.”
- Isabel C., Empower Hour Attendee
Please join me in looking back at the milestones we achieved in 2020. We could not have done it without you and we look forward to your partnership in 2021 to help empower girls like Isabel!
With deep gratitude,
Chrissy Shea

How can I help?
Our programs do more than inspire and empower the girls we serve – they also transform our partners, from corporations to families who give together.

“I want to empower these girls to make their own decisions. I want them to know their success is not defined by others.
