Empowerment Academy: Summer Applications
A Leadership Program Taught by our Senior Manager of Training and Peer Mentors
The Project Glimmer Empowerment Academy is a six-week virtual leadership program that helps girls build confidence, set bold goals, and gain essential life and career skills. Through interactive sessions led by inspiring trainers and peer mentors, students strengthen their abilities in financial literacy, public speaking, goal-setting, and self-reflection.
Graduates leave with a personalized action plan and join the Alumni Glimmer Circle, gaining continued access to mentorship, internship visibility, and a nationwide network of peers and corporate partners.
