Star Award Honoree: Katie Rodan

In honor of Women’s History Month, we’re spotlighting inspiring female leaders that are actively working to empower women in their community, introducing Katie Rodan! 

Katie is a dermatologist, co-creator of the skincare brand Proactiv, and co-founder of Rodan + Fields. Her personal mission is to help improve the self-confidence of others by helping them achieve the best skin of their lives. In 2004, Katie and her co-founder, Kathy Fields, received an award for “changing the direction of the skin care industry with Proactiv” from the Cosmetic Executive Women’s Association. 

Katie’s billion-dollar company has helped millions of people everywhere feel more comfortable in their own skin. 

In 2022, we honored her with our Star Award for serving as a strong role model.
