While only 50% of foster youth graduate high school, and only 3% from college, our goal is to lessen those odds. Through this series of events hosted at companies such as Redken, Sephora, Google, Year Up, Girls Inc, Kendo, First Republic Bank and more, foster youth and at-risk teenage girls participate in an afternoon of workshops that build confidence, inner beauty and professional skills.

Inspiring role models share their stories and help every girl find her magic within.

When a girl believes in herself, she can change the world.
